The MARPAT™ Throw Pillow Set is a four-pack of 18×18-inch throw pillows in the official Marine Corps digital camouflage pattern: two in Desert MARPAT and two in Woodland MARPAT. The pillows are covered in a durable cotton-poly canvas fabric printed in accurate MARPAT colorways and filled with medium-firm polyester. Together they provide full bilateral pattern coverage for a standard-issue barracks couch or a civilian sofa that has accepted its new identity.
The set was designed to address a gap in the Marine Corps living environment: the Marine owns four pairs of MARPAT trousers but zero interior decor that acknowledges this. The throw pillow set closes that gap. The two desert and two woodland variants provide seasonal flexibility or the option to arrange them in a pattern that reflects your MOS deployment history. Both approaches are valid. Neither has been officially reviewed by the Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps.
The Army's Universal Camouflage Pattern was retired because it failed to camouflage anything in any environment. MARPAT has been in continuous service since 2001 and is still working. The throw pillows inherit this legacy and will not camouflage your couch, but they were never supposed to, and at least the pattern has a documented track record.

- These pillows do not camouflage your couch. They were not designed to camouflage your couch. They are throw pillows. The MARPAT pattern is decorative in this application.
- Comparison to UCP is historical record, not an insult. The Army has moved on. The throw pillows have noted this and moved on as well.

Put these on my couch in base housing. My wife said they 'actually work with the room.' I do not know what that means in interior design terms but I am counting it as a win. Five stars.
